[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache AsterixDB (0.8.8-incubating) and
Hyracks (0.2.17-incubating) (RC1)

I see, I think I misunderstood the process then. I was just following my
earlier templates for the most part, my initial impulse was to only divide
the IPMC and PPMC votes once I forwarded to general@. I thought the initial
vote to push to general@ was concerning PPMC votes, and then of course the
vote on general@ requires IPMC votes. I'll be sure to tally it that way
then next time, thanks for the clarification Ate.
