[Bug 23233] RTF file appears as blank document after import, all frames missing

Well, the result still is completely unusable when I open the documents. But
the "Document without Any Text Problem", what is still reproducible for me With
OOo 1.1.5 on WIN7, is no longer Reproducible with server installation of  "AOO
3.4.1 – German UI / German locale [AOO341m1(Build:9593) - Rev.1372282]" on WIN7
Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile (and 4.0-dev).

So I close this one for now and will open new bugs for the remaining problems
demonstrated by the sample documents (no word wrap, ...) if necessary.
