We have a job to run clang-format against master (https://ci.trafficserver.apache.org/job/clang-format/), but the output is basically a success/fail. Anything past that requires looking through the console output. To get something better we'd need to parse the output somehow and then generate a format Jenkins understands (Xunit works well-- even though it is XML).
