[jira] [Reopened] (HBASE-4922) [packaging] Assembly tars up hbase in a subdir; i.e. after untar hbase-0.92.0 has a subdir named 0.92.0

This patch seems to do wrong thing. When I untar, I have:

hbase-0.92.0/hbase-0.92.0/*

This is one hbase-0.92.0 too many.

Instead I would think we want after untarring:

hbase-0.92.0/*
