[clazz] latest commit

The latest commit is not a milestone of any kind, I just wanted to check
something in, so you don't think I am dead or worse - abandoned [clazz].

The stuff in this commit is some refactoring and initial implementations of
two new clazz loaders: one based on the  JavaBeans standard (as opposed to
"extended") and one for dynamic construction of clazzes.

I will have time for more coding over the following several days, please
stay tuned.
