As a DevOps engineer I would like to have automation for K8S setup on managed services at GCP\AWS\Azure cloud providers so I can deploy Legion to any k8s cluster matching requirements.

This work will require several steps such as:
 # implement Terraform modules for each cloud provide which will setup managed K8S as a service
 # Update Legion deployment scripts to make use of the new infra setup
