   You might want to try with the Scala jars on maven and see if you have the same problem when trying to run some examples https://mvnrepository.com/search?q=org.apache.mxnet, (they have the native libs package in them).
   
   Also not sure if you are running Arch or Ubuntu, but these issues might be of some help with the dependencies needed https://github.com/gigasquid/clojure-mxnet/issues
