[patch] torque 3.1 + DB2 + offset+limit (LargeSelect, etc)

Hello,

I didn't see it anywhere and maybe it's not the right place
to post it, but here is a patch against Torque 3.1 to
have the Oracle-like ROWNUM thing with DB2 and Torque 3.1,
which makes it possible to use LargeSelect.

Not a large patch, but definitely useful.

Remark : You have to have the OLAP functions on your DB2
server, but it's almost always the case anyway, nowadays.
