[Modeler] Release 1.1 Available

Hi,
Release 1.1 of commons-modeler is available from my cvs directory:
http://cvs.apache.org/~yoavs/release/jakarta-commons/modeler

If someone with karma could please upload it to www.apache.org so that the
mirrors pick it up, that'd be great.  I'll do the post-release steps for
modeler 1.1 after that's done, including sending out the announcements.
