SA not filtering all domains

I am having an issue with SA only filtering some domains.  I am running
Postfix with unix users set up and running anomy.  It seems to only filter
the original domains I set up a month or 2 ago and not any new domains I
have recently added to the main.cf file in Postfix.  Any ideas what I may be
doing wrong.
