An old WinJS version (base.js) is added to the project.

Creating this issue the current version of WinJS is 4.4.0. The cordova-windows@4.2 platform adds 4.0.1.

IMO the latest version of WinJS should be added or there should be a setting in config.xml to specify the desired WinJS version.

Another idea might be to not include/inject at all WinJS into the project. It should be part of the documentation to let the developer know, that at least base.js is required. In this case all files of WinJS will be part of the WebApp.
