default path for svn-commit.tmp

Hello!

How can I change path where svn creates temporary svn-commit.tmp files?
Is it possible? I can't find it in .subversion/config file. For me it is
quite annoying to see over my whole tree many svn-commit.tmp files.
Idealy I would like keep all of them in separate directory for
instance: $TMP/svn-commit-messages

Any help appreciated.

greets,
Karol Szkudlarek
