[VOTE] Release Apache Usergrid 1.0.2 (incubating) RC4
All,
The incubator vote failed because there was unlicensed cat photo, which we
were using as test data. Also, we were not listing all bundled 3rd party
libraries in our LICENSE file. Those problems have been fixed and so...
I propose that we accept the following release candidate as the official
Apache Usergrid 1.0.2 release.
Usergrid 1.0.2-rc4 includes the following:

There are checklists on the ASF website. There is also an automated scanner
called "RAT" that looks for files without the ASF license, but it does not
catch everything on the check lists.

Without better tools, we just have to be vigilant -- whenever we add a
binary file or a 3rd party dependency we need to know where it came from,
its version number and its license.
