New branch (3.2) created
Hi All,
A new branch (3.2) is created to be release soon. QE team at Yahoo is testing this branch. As soon as it will be done, I will call for a vote.
In the mean time, we will strongly suggest to include only the bug fixing in this branch. No new feature pls.
However, the plan to commit the review https://reviews.apache.org/r/2059/ is still open. There is some concerns about the scope of the fix. Jeremy, would you please comment on the review.
