Added `OffsetOption` to `SyncLiteSubscriptionRequest` to let the SDK specify the starting consume offset for `subscribeLite`.

This proposes adding an `OffsetOption` to `SyncLiteSubscriptionRequest` for finer-grained offset control in lite subscription scenarios.
**Feasibility:** Feasible — additive proto change to an existing request message.
**Scope:** `definition.proto` (SyncLiteSubscriptionRequest); broker-side subscription handling.
**Compatibility:** Additive optional field — backward-compatible. Existing clients without the field continue to work with default behavior.
This is a targeted enhancement for lite subscription use cases. The offset option gives consumers more control over where to start consuming after a subscription sync.
