With all the anchor/link problems we had recently, this feature would be of enormous use for the doxia team. :)

Arnaud, do you plan to work on this? I can help if necessary, AFAIS, the code is perfectly re-usable and the core could even be factored into a separate project (a la JXR) to be used by both m1 and m2 plugins. WDYT?
