What this WS-I error Means

I am getting a warning with my WSDL like this if I validate it.

"WS-I: (BP2032) Defective soapbind:fault element: the "name" attribute value does not match the value of the "name" attribute on the parent element wsdl:fault. "

What it means exactly as I am not able to see any fault with my WSDL.
