ahsan shamsudeen commented on GORA-279:
---------------------------------------
I would like to contribute to this project as my gsoc project.I have some experience with Hazelcast. According to my background study , Apache Gora provides an in-memory data model and persistence for big data. Gora supports persisting to column stores, key/value stores, document stores and RDBMSs and analyzing the data with extensive Apache Hadoop.
By the way Hazelcast is a popular evolving clustering and highly scalable data distribution platform for Java. Hazel cast support scale out computing , fast retrieval of big data and dynamic scalability. This allows for horizontal scalability both in terms of available storage space and processing power.
So, What I understood is , I need to implement a Hazelcast module for the data management of Apache Gora.
