   ### Motivation
   
   Pulsar 5.0 introduces [scalable topics](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/blob/master/pip/pip-460.md) and the V5 client API as the recommended model for new applications. The foundational **Messaging** concepts page is still entirely written around the classic v4 model (partitioned topics, the four subscription types). This reworks it to lead with scalable topics and the V5 API, while preserving the full classic content as a separate "legacy" page so nothing is lost and existing apps keep their reference.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   - **Rewrote `concepts-messaging.md`** to be scalable-topics-first: leads with the scalable-topic model, then in-depth V5 client examples — client setup, producers (sync/async, full message builder), the three consumer types (Stream / Queue / Checkpoint), schemas, and transactions — followed by the shared delivery semantics (acknowledgment, dead-letter, retention/TTL, deduplication, delayed delivery). Opens with a banner pointing to the legacy page; classic topics are framed as fully supported, never deprecated.
   - **Added `concepts-messaging-legacy.md`** — the complete previous content verbatim, retitled "Messaging (classic topics)" with a banner directing new users to the V5 page.
   - **Sidebar** — added the legacy page right after Messaging in Concepts & Architecture.
   - **Repointed inbound links** in 12 docs: references to sections that moved to the legacy page (`#subscriptions`, `#subscription-types`, `#partitioned-topics`, `#system-topic`, `#non-persistent-topics`, …) now point at `concepts-messaging-legacy.md`; kept anchors (`#topics`, `#namespaces`, `#acknowledgment`, …) still target the new page.
   
   The V5 code examples were verified against the actual `pulsar-client-api-v5` interfaces (not the PIPs), which corrected several details — e.g. `Schema.string()` (not `Schema.STRING`), `CheckpointConsumer.startPosition()` (there is no `seek()`), and async-only `flush()`.
   
   ### Notes
   
   Stacked on #1167 — the reworked page links to the scalable-topics pages added there, so this is based on that branch to keep the cross-links valid. Once #1167 merges, this will retarget to `main`.
