I am trying to install airflow 1.10.3 with celeryexecutor. Dags are not getting triggered. It is always in queue mode.

Rabbitmq has already been installed.Messages are queuing up but I presume it is not getting consumed.Flower UI is not showing up any tasks.Also database issue is coming up which is a warning 'Incorrect datetime format for latest_heartbeat column in table jobs'. So it is trying to connect to db but not able to.
