[jira] [Resolved] (SLIDER-538) ContainerReleaseSelector isn't being picked up from Provider

Steve Loughran resolved SLIDER-538.
-----------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: (was: Slider 2.0.0)
                   Slider 0.80

Fix picks up the release selector, which turns out to be {{MostRecentContainerReleaseSelector}}. As a result, it's now the most recently started container that is released

> While providers can implement a {{ContainerReleaseSelector}}, their selector isn't picked up by the App state, which only uses the simple one.
