"W3C Recommendations Enhance SOAP Performance"

Seen on www.w3.org :

"The World Wide Web Consortium today released three W3C Recommendations 
to improve Web services performance by standardizing the transmission of 
large binary data. "

They're speaking about XOP, MTOM, and Resource Representation SOAP 
Header Block <http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/REC-soap12-rep-20050125/> :)
