   ### Description
   
   AWS allows to assign the tags to the individual EMR job runs on a virtual cluster. However, the  [EmrContainerOperator](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/820d8eb7c631eea7f9d5cbd23840d026e99ae304/airflow/providers/amazon/aws/operators/emr.py#L121) currently does not provide the ability to pass the custom tags for the job run.

   ### Use case/motivation
   
   **Motivation**
   In our deployment, we have compliance requirements which require us to specify a custom set of tags for each job submitted on the EMR virtual cluster(a shared cluster).  There is an alternative way to archive this, but we would like to have this as a feature.
