Nightly tests: TestStressThreadBackup

org.apache.solr.handler.TestStressThreadBackup appears to fail in every
"nightly" main build:

Maybe https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3053#discussion_r2288536568 would explain it. Speculation only, I noticed that from code reading/reviewing i.e. had not looked at or for test failures.
