[ACEU FUNDING][DISCUSS] accept notification for "travel expense subsidy"

Hi,

below is my proposal for the accept notification which should be sent out to 
persons to which we will have grant the "travel expense subsidy" for their 
ApacheCon EU 2012 attendance.

As I will be on vacation for the next two weeks please try to reach (lazy) 
consensus on it until such accept notification has to be sent out (2012-10-16).

travel expense subsidy for your attendance on the ApacheCon EU 2012, 5th - 8th 
Nov., Sinsheim, Germany.

You will recieve <amount in Euro> via wire transfer from ASF Treasurer. After 
you have confirmed in person your travel expenses and the lack of corporate and 
TAC funding at the ApacheCon EU 2012 we will trigger the transfer of the money.

Please provide the needed payment information in advance by sending an email to 
the non-public ASF Treasurer mailing list <tr...@apache.org>. The subject 
shall be "[AOO travel expense subsidy - payment information] <YourName>". In the 
content of the email please fill the following fields:
- full name
- email address
- payment information:
-- for US bank: Bank Account/Routing #
-- for non-US bank: International Wire transfer data
