Validation error on the Subversion Site

Hi,

I try to copy the file svn-1.0.1-setup.exe on:
  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91
to the folder:
  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=469

And get this:
-------------------------------------------------
Validation error

Uploaded file size exceeds limit for projects. Maximum is currently set
to 157,287,424 bytes.
-------------------------------------------------

Do someone have time to look at it and maybe dig some mspace on the
server so I can upload the new svn-1.0.1-setup-2.exe tomorrow morning
(CET)?

Thanks.

Jostein

Nah, I don't think it's particularly coordinated.

(Context: what we're talking about is the tendency of proponents of
other revision control systems to show up in Subversion announcement
threads and make first post recommending the other software, sometimes
slamming Subversion in the process. This happened at Linux Weekly
News recently.)

Anyway, I don't think it will have much effect on Subversion's
adoption -- the relative merits of the software will be more
important. But it was nice that you pointed out the asymmetry:
Subversion proponents (thankfully) tend *not* to do this in the
announcement threads of other systems. I hope it stays that way.

I must admit that finding this all over the net totally pisses me off.
This (events that I will not mention by name or words here) even
happends when Subversion is mentioned in Norwegian sites
(www.linuxguiden.no) and probably on the Klingon ones too.

No problem.

(And nice post in that LWM thread, by the way. Totally needed to be
said, ahem :-) ).

Oh, my mistake. I meant move and I used the same method as you. This is
weired. I got the error msg, and you succeeded. I used the Konqueror web
browser for this and will try diffrent browsers if the problem shows up
again.

Thanks for your help.

This is weird. That error suggests you were trying to upload 150 MB
of data -- which of course, you weren't. The svn-1.0.1-setup.exe file
is only 2.38 MB.

Which exact links/menus/buttons did you click to get this error?

Anyway: I was able to *move* it, not copy, to folder 469, the Windows
Archive folder. Is that what you wanted? (It probably shouldn't be
in both anyway.) If not, I can move it back, let me know.

I did this by clicking on edit from the first page you mention above,
then choosing "Windows Archive" from the folder menu, then clicking
Save Changes.
