xbean_xpath.jar for 2.0.0-beta1 available

Since I forgot to add the xbean_xpath.jar and xmlpublic.jar to the
binary distribution, I've copied the jars to the distribution directory.
You can download them from a mirror near you at:

In the beta2 release, we'll make sure those jars get in the binary
distribution.  Sorry for the confusion.
