I have configured my Apache HTTP server as requested:	Yes
I have subscribed the contact address to mirrors@apache.org :	Yes
At the moment, I rsync from the IP address :	164.132.220.20 / 2001:41d0:1:f41f:20::1
I am checking the output from the rsynch job on a regular basis:	Yes
