It may be that these are not Tooltips. (Refer to both screens attached) 

But it is definitely within the feature scope; due to fact that a new feature should not disrupt an existing one. Assuming ALT TAG's were pre existent.

Either we should make them both work in harmony and with clear distinction. Or should disable 1 features as other is doing the exact same job.
