tdk 2.1 => 2.2 migration howto

Hi Martin and others,

I am about to start migrating my T2.1 webapp to TDK-2.2b3 and I will write up 
a migration howto as I go.  My T2.1 webapp is kept in CVS in the standard tdk 
webapp directory layout, but I noticed that with T3, many of you are using a 
different CVS layout (like Scarab's layout).  When migrating, do you 
recommend that I stick with my current layout or migrate to the "new" layout?

What do you intend to be the standard layout for apps developed using TDK2.2?
