   This PR would do the following:
   
   After this change when a user does a **_make quick-start_**  ,the code checks if the ./wskprops file exisits and if it exists then the old ./wskprops file is copied as a backup to the docker-compose root directory in the newly created **_wskprops_backups_** directory .
   By this the user credentials won't be lost and he can either retain it from the backups or he could point out the CLI to the wskprops file of his choice.
