   Any plan to add travis build for different platforms? Right now mxnet/cpp_package on windows are broken(according to #14343, it is broken since 2 years ago), there are too many bugs when try to build/deploy. If there are travis build for different platforms, there are many bugs should be able to avoid when develop, unless the users could have more insight which platform they are able to build the mxnet with cpp_package.
