Great, thanks [~wesmckinn] ... I figured I overlooked something trivial.

Missing the hypothesis module as well.

import hypothesis as h
E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hypothesis'

Adding the hypothesis package during the pip install fixes everything.

pip install six numpy pandas cython pytest hypothesis
