One of relation extraction descriptor (RelationExtractorPreprocessor.xml) still references an AE from clinical-pipeline (ExtractionPrepAnnotator). ExtractionPrepAnnotator can be removed from RelationExtractorPreprocessor.xml since it is not really needed.
