Hi,
Forgot to mention technically this vote has passed (3 +1’s and more +1’s than -1’s) I'll leave it up t the release manager if it’s released or not, but given it's including Category X licensed software I’d suggest you don’t :-)
Thanks,
Justin

Hi,
Sorry it’s -1 (binding) due to category X licenses and compiles code in the source release.
It look like some 4 clause BSD licenses have slipped in [18][19] - sadly these are category X [20] and not compatable with the Apache license.
We also have compile code in the source release. [21][22][23][24][25][26]
There’s also a couple of minor license issues that need to be fixed with core in particular missing a number of things.
I checked:
- signatures and hashes good
- LICENSE and NOTICE in blinky is fine
- LICENSE for newt is missing homedir [1]
- LICENSE for core is missing loraping [2] , lora driver [3], rtt driver [4], tsl2561 driver [5], apollo2 [6], pic32 code [7], mis code [8], lara node code [9], mitt [10], sys view [11], MIT licensed normalize in bootstrap [12], affix [13], scroll spy [14], ppp [15], tinycbor [16]\ and fonts here [17]
- other NOTICES are fine
- Source code has headers where needed
- Binary files in source release
Thanks,
Justin
