[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking Java Agent 8.10.0 released

Hi all,

Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache
SkyWalking Java Agent 8.10.0.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and
container-based (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

The Java Agent for Apache SkyWalking, which provides the native
tracing/metrics/logging abilities for Java projects.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and
improvements compared to
version the last release. The notable changes include:

1. [Important] Namespace represents a subnet. Add cluster concept,
also as a part of service naming format
2. Support Undertow/Tomcat thread pool metrics collecting.
3. Add JDK ThreadPoolExecutor Plugin.
4. Remove deprecated `agent.instance_properties` configuration.
Recommend `agent.instance_properties_json`.
