   Improvement #780
   
   The more graceful function to implements shutdown hook is refactor JobShutdownHookPlugin and use the same api like JobRegsitry#shutdown's use when add an shutdown hook.
   
   And to use Quartz's `isCleanShutdown` properties in JobScheduleController#shutdown , it needs to refactor JobScheduleController's shutdown API (add an overload method).
