   as the code above,
   `dataframe row  -> internal row -> st-row -> transform map->   transform output st-row -> internal row -> date type convert -> dataframe row `
   
   
   actually，dataframe row (DataSet<Row>) is different form internalRow，the trait con't convert，internalRow Binary storage row，dataframeRow is a row base on the scala dataType like st-row
   we can implement the convert line: `dataframe row -> st-row -> transform map->  transform output st-row -> dataframe row`

   we don't have any type convert at last
   
   > when I finished the convert between dataframe row and st-row， I find the st-row and dataframe row are based on jdk data type.so they can convert directly.

   I want to use DataFrameRowConvert extends RowConverter<Row> in `org.apache.seatunnel.translation.spark.serialization` to implement this.
   what do you think of this
