The SciGaP portal's gateway request form needs to be split into the following phases -
1. Simple gateway request form which asks for limited data
2. Once the gateway request is approved, we need to request more data regarding the admin details and keycloak information, etc
3. The updated information for the approved gateway must be available for the user as a view only form.

We must make the necessary changes to the Thrift models and add appropriate methods in order to create the Tenant.

Also, modify the states of the gateway according to the new forms and include a graph or a progress bar on the portal to display the status of the gateways owned by the user.
