This appears to be addressed. The `hudi-cli-bundle` module was introduced in [HUDI-5182](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-5182) (PR #7224, commit 4fd3ff3e0c7e), which provides a self-contained binary distribution including the `hudi-cli-with-bundle.sh` launcher and config files (`conf/hudi-env.sh`, `log4j2.properties`). Numerous follow-ups have hardened it (HUDI-5455, 5596, 5610, 5627, 5632, 5387, 7922, 9070), and the bundle is now published to Maven Central with each Apache release. Sync tools also have dedicated binary bundles: `hudi-hive-sync-bundle`, `hudi-aws-bundle` (Glue), `hudi-gcp-bundle` (BigQuery), `hudi-datahub-sync-bundle`. Closing as resolved — please reopen if a distribution gap remains.
