The current start-build-env.sh in the project root is useful to start a new build environment. But it's not possible to start the build environment and run the command in one step.

We use the dockerized build environment on jenkins (https://builds.apache.org/job/Hadoop-trunk-ozone-acceptance/) which requires a small modification to optionally run start-build-env.sh in non-interactive mode and execute any command in the container.
