[AXIS 1.4] Example for WSS4J

Hi i'm trying to do the exemple http://ws.apache.org/wss4j/axis.html but after i have created a deploy file, i try to execute this .bat command:

java org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient -lhttp://localhost:8080/axis/services/AdminService deploy.wsdd

but i obtain an error:
Exception in thread main no java.lang.noclassdeffounderror
org/apache/axis/client/AdminClient

May i have a client folder in Axis1.4??
Please help me...
