Container specific code
While polishing https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-3662, I was wondering
if a more general container plug-in should be used than just registering url
handlers for xwork?
Is there any thought on future extensibility?
It would not be too difficult to have a list of vendor adaptors which could
provide url handlers.

Hi Jason,
I was thinking about more Struts2/XWork way, so you have the
FileManager that can handle many different URLs by registered
URLProviders
Additional can be added either via struts.xml or struts.properties
