FW: Nesting Extension Example Code Using the Lazy List

Hey Eddie and all interested,

Attached is a link to the nest-example war file with code:

http://www.phase.ws/wars/nest-example.war

The interface on this is butt ugly :-))

But the code is sound. I am going to be adding more on to this example. But
for now it provides a good pattern for the basics.

Planned enhancements:
1) Add/Edit/Delete Function
2) Better interface with show and hid capability for records.
3) Develop a class that can generate a Factory for the LazyList without
having to hard code them. My plan is to create a very simple GenericFactory
class that implements the Factory interface and returns objects in
accordance with the passed in constructor parameter.

Somtehing Like:

this.candyList = ListUtils.lazyList(new ArrayList(),new
GenericFactory("ws.phase.nested.Child"));

new GenericFactory("ws.phase.nested.Child"); would intialize a Factory that
would return the object passed into the constructor. In this case the
factory would return Child objects.
