excalibur-bzip2-1.0.zip encountering CRC errors

 From memory - the excalibur bzip stuff was moved over to Ant back 
around Janaury.  I wouold suggest  digging around the Ant cvs to locate 
the current content - test - and if you have problems then post as not 
to the ant developer list.
