setting up a local gump

Sam - I've been setting up gump here at my company, with the intent of using
it to build several internal projects. They all use Ant, but I don't really
want to build ant (and all it's dependencies) from source. I'm trying to
figure out how to tell it that I have a local installed copy of ant, but I
am not sure how to do that.
