new creation of target object possible?

Hello,
	is there a possibilty to advice the soap server to recreate the target 
object of a method call for each call?

Do I need to define the soap-methods as synchronized (Java-Programming) to 
prevent parallel requests to interact with each other. Or does the calling 
object this already?
