RMIPasswordAuthenticatorTest.testNullAuthenticationManager incorrectly relies on an ApplicationRegistry already being present/running. Changed the the test to override the TestApplicationRegistry used by the other tests, for this specific case, to return a null AuthenticationManager when its created.
