[jira] [Created] (TEZ-554) VertexImpl should handle V_SOURCE_TASK_ATTEMPT_COMPLETED event at INITED and INITIALIZING state

Siddharth Seth created TEZ-554:
----------------------------------

Summary: VertexImpl should handle V_SOURCE_TASK_ATTEMPT_COMPLETED event at INITED and INITIALIZING state
                 Key: TEZ-554
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TEZ-554
             Project: Apache Tez
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Siddharth Seth

This is currently only handled at RUNNING state. The even can come in if 1 of the source vertices happens to be a root vertex and starts, while another source vertex is not a root vertex - and is waiting to start depending on the scheduling policy being used.
