[jira] Commented: (TUSCANY-2468) Need a new corba-host-jee module

Wojtek Janiszewski commented on TUSCANY-2468:
---------------------------------------------

I've moved host-corba-jdk to host-corba-jse, thanks to Raymond for updating module dependencies.
I've started to play with tests, and I assume we can only provide them by creating new deployable test module, which will be run on JEE server and give us results via web. Is this correct?

> In addition to host-corba-jdk, I'd like to have a host-corba-jee module for use in a JEE environment.
> That module should just get the ORB to use from JNDI, as follows:
> javax.naming.Context ctx = new javax.naming.InitialContext();
> org.omg.CORBA.ORB orb = (org.omg.CORBA.ORB)javax.rmi.PortableRemoteObject.narrow(ctx.lookup("java:comp/ORB"), org.omg.CORBA.ORB.class);
> This should work on all JEE servers, including JEE webapp environments.
